Reflection on Audience Awareness

1. Linda Flower stresses the importance of audience awareness in composing while Elbow concludes that the question/issue with audience awareness is when. How would you explain the connections between these two points of view?
Linda talks about the audience awareness the whole time. And you have to think all the time in the reader.
And Elbow talks about that not necessary you have to think in the reader, only some times you have to. That you shouldn’t stress out about the reader so much.


2. In general, what have you learned from Linda Flower’s and Peter Elbow’s article as a writer and as a reader?
I have learned from the reading that audience awareness depends on several points, like the writer personality, the type of audience. Its good to keep the audience in mind, but that I shouldn’t stress out if don’t think about the audience while im writing, as long as keep in mind when I revise it.
